The Original Taco Soup|
14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes
14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes with chilis((Rotel tomatoes))
14.5 ounces canned Mexican corn with chilis
2 cups cooked mixed beans(((I use a can of pinto beans and one can of green beans))
1 large onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 package ranch salad dressing mix (dry) (((not dip))))
I also add Boca “loose ground”((not burgers)) THE GROUND meat KIND.
Saute onion with fat free vegetable oil cooking spray generously. When softened, combine all other ingredients and cook until heated through.
Makes 7 cups. Serving size is 1 cup. 1 Point per serving.
I give my soup 3 points per serving (1 cup) since I added stuff.
