I’m 42 almost 43 in April, I’ve noticed I have been dragging lately,
I take a Woman’s One a Day daily,
Excessively fatigued in the evenings after work.
I drive an hour to and from work.
I finally figured it out.
I’m up by 5 am every morning and don’t get to bed until 10 -10:30 pm ….its just not enough sleep. Sometimes I’m more fatigued than other days….and now since the time
Changed its really bad.
So I’m going to start working on eating better and getting more sleep during the week day. Come home eat, bath, watch a little TV, and then go to bed early…..
I also haven’t figured out how my husband J can survive on so little sleep…..he seems to never be tired.
I also heard something yesterday from a Weight Watchers testimonial THE PERSON SAID…
Shop the outside aisles of the grocery store. The freshest foods are all around the outside of the store. There are very few things that you need to eat in the inner isles.
I’ve never thought about this before but I guess they are so right! I intend to start doing this more.
Sorry J and C no more bread,chips, cookies, smile….just kidding……
I also vow to start using my crock pots more !!!! This will also help with time.
